"You get what you pay for in life" – Have you ever heard this saying before?

My Grandparents had a similar phrase that has stuck with me throughout my personal and professional career as a guiding principle, and set me out in search of value.

“Buy expensive – cry once, buy cheap – cry for a lifetime”.

Warren Buffet, arguably the world’s most legendary investor has been quoted saying, "Price is what you pay; value is what you get.” We all want value in life, but typically aren’t willing to pay for it as we often cut corners and opt for a cheaper alternatives. It’s a gamble, and sometimes it works, but it can ending up costing more in the long run.

So what’s the moral of the story? Be it in your personal, professional, or financial matters - always look for value within your intention.
